Frank Wright’s grocer’s shop at No 8 Market Hill, a photo taken in the early 1900s. His two sons were killed in WWI and his manager Ernest King took over the business in 1919. It then remained as ‘Kings’ even after his Kisby descendants took over. It closed in 2006 and is now a branch of ‘Fatface.’
